How Much Money Will You Save With A Higher Efficiency Heating System ?
1. Divide the efficiency rating of your old system by the new efficiency rating (i.e.: 55 divided by 80 equals 0.69).
2. Now , multiply your current heating bill by the answer from No. 1, (In this case, 0.69)
If your bill is $1,000 a season, with a new system it would be only $690, a savings of $310 each year !!
