Parts and Repair Service Agreement
Monday - Friday 7am - 5pm

This comprehensive service plan includes one Annual Cleaning and Tune-up as outlined below. In addition, the following list of parts are covered for replacement and service at no charge during regular business hours, Monday through Friday, 7 am to 5 pm, when failure results due to normal use:

The Basic Service Plan is offered to residential customers on automatic delivery with Stormville Oil. Any emergency service performed outside the hours indicated will be charged at our prevailing hourly rate. Non-emergency service may be performed at the customer's request after hours but the labor charge will be at one and one-half times our hourly rate.(notes & conditions)

All of our service contract
features are only valid for customers with automatic
delivery.

Annual Cleaning & Tune-Up
(Furnace, Boiler or Water Heater)

  1. Clean lubricate and adjust burner
  2. Replace nozzle and oil filter. Check oil strainers & replace if necessary
  3. Inspect and adjust burner controls
  4. Vacuum boiler or furnace, smoke pipe, base of chimney and combustion chamber as necessary
  5. Clean & adjust electrodes or high tension leads
  6. Check pump & pump strainer; including pressure test
  7. Check fan
  8. Conduct draft test and adjust barometric damper
  9. Check for ignition or flame failure
  10. Oil motors and fan bearings

In Addition, our qualified service technician will inspect the unit and conduct a complete efficiency test upon request. Any service performed that is not listed above will be charged at our hourly labor rate plus the cost of parts (unless it is covered by the service contract). Tune-up overhauls will be scheduled during our regular office hours over the summer months.
 

Contract B - Extended Service Plan - Residential
(Heating Unit or Water Heater/Heating Unit Combination)

Parts and Repair Service Agreement
24 Hours per Day, 7 Days per Week
This Comprehensive service plan includes one Annual Cleaning and tune-up as outlined above. In addition, the parts listed above are covered for replacement and service at no charge when failure results due to normal use. Emergency service performed on these parts is covered 24 hours per day, 7 days per week. Non-emergency services, including the annual cleaning , will be performed during regular business hours, Monday through Friday, 7 am to 5 pm. The Extended Service Plan is offered to residential customers on automatic delivery with Stormville Oil.(notes & conditions)
